2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be considered if:
- We are unable to deliver the promised service due to our own fault
- You cancel the service within 48 hours of payment and before any processing has begun
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after the service has started
- Denial of university admission or visa (as these are external decisions)
- Services already rendered or partially completed
